NOT MY BABY...but still dang cute!

During this pregnancy I have been riding the bike at the GYM rather than treadmill, eliptical, or classes. It's really helped my back a LOT! So while riding I have been crocheting. It's addicting and also helps me keep going when I want to stop after 20 minutes!

So after months of crocheting nearly daily...I have made a lot of thigns that I don't need! I spent lots of it practicing baby stuff so that when I made MY baby stuff it would hopefully be the right size....I think I've gotten pretty good at it!

So when my friend Abby had her baby girl a week early (yes we were due only five days apart), I had someone to finally make something for! She had also asked if I would take picture of her baby, but I told her I wanted to wait until my mom was here because of course they would be 10x's better! (secretly I was just hoping we would be taking pictures of our babies at the same time!)

Anyway we finally made it over there to take pictures and it was so much fun! Her little one is soooo cute and was such a doll. And we got some cute pictures of my crocheting! I made some little mary Jane booties but they were a bit small and after having to re-put them on like five times I finally gave up, so there isn't a great picture of them. (although they really turned out super cute!)
