Shalamar's Baby Shower 4-18-09

I first have to say thanks to Shal for being such a trooper and coming to the shower with her 3 day old baby! Who of course stayed in the back room with Daddy most of the time, but it was so fun to put on, but way more fun that Shalamar was there with us! (And baby Olivia too!)

Because of my difficult Photobucket editing I’m just going to post some basics, not a ton of people as those are the ones I really would want to edit and crop a little bit, but I will add those later. WE had a good show, some fun little games and yummy food! Thanks mom, Janine, Becca and Dixie for all your help!

I’m also not really going to comment much on any of these although if you want any info, links to where I found ideas, templates or inspiration I would surely love to share

Although it was super fun to put together, way fun to plan, and even more fun to have, I was so exhausted after the baby shower. Honestly when it was over, I sat and sat and sat and felt like a zombie and just couldn’t move! I’m sure I ended up falling asleep on the couch. So I was grateful for Sunday to relax all morning before my parents 2:30 PM Sacrament meeting! Yes….that’s the latest church I have ever been too and actually with little kids I could see it really being a pain, but they all did good and Jayden even went to Nursery for the whole time! I was determined to take advantage of my vacation and enjoy Relief Society and Sunday School to the fullest!
