For our Quarterly Activity this month we had an emergency preparedness theme. It turned out really good, lots of kids, fun activities, and I think they learned a lot too!
We started out with the kids getting their picture taken as they came in. I just had a little set up in the foyer with trees, 72 hour kids, and food storage. These are just a couple of the pictures we took. Of course the only picture the whole day that came out of focus was the one of Maliyah, then the second picture I took of her with her two friends she had her eyes closed....go figure!

Some of our other activities included dutch oven cooking, emergency coloring books, making first aid kits and a 72 hour kit scavenger hunt. All the stations turned out super good and were really fun.
This picture is of the 2nd counselor in our bishopric. He totally got a kick out of Jayden and fed him gobs of brownie from the dutch ovens.
This was just a cute picture of my 1st counselor and her husband and baby.
He helped with the Dutch oven cooking....which turned out soooo yummy!
