Beginning of Spring Break...a Trip to the Temple!

This is a picture Maliyah drew...nothing super fancy but I was just impressed at her creativity with the corn. Even if she had seen the idea elsewhere...for her to remember how to do it was impressive to me as the next day I went to go do the same thing and couldn't for the life of me remember how she did it!




Tuesday we went to Medford with the family. It's spring break and we wanted to take a day to do some fun things and attend the temple.

There is a Family Fun Center in Central Point and we decided to spend our familiy activity there. It was pretty chilly and rainy so we couldn't do the miniature golf, but instead started out with games outside. The weather finally cleared up a bit so we went outside for go-kart rides! The kids loved it (of course).



Maliyah's car was not only the slowest, but she wanted to be the safest, driving on the right side (the outside) the whole time! Both the boys ended up passing her!





Savannah was too little to ride and was a little bummed, but got over it quickly and enjoyed watching and waving as they passed by!



After our family activity we went to the Temple. We had snatched and brought along our babysitter Jade so that she could watch the kids while we went in. It's so rare that Duck and I get to sit through a session together so that was awesome!







It's not spring in Klamath yet....but in Medford the trees and ground were in full bloom! What a wonderful place, the Temple!


After the temple we went to dinner at a place called Shoji's. They cook your food right in front of you and the kids love the entertainment. Jade had never been either so that was cool for her. Thanks Jade for helping us out!
