BEEF! It's What's for DINNER!

so, Saturday what I was so busy with for more than 2 hours was cutting beef! All that meat I puchased at the Thunderbird meat sale had to be cut and frozen. I HATE touching raw meat and dealing with it. So I posted on my sister-in-laws recipe blog, not necessarily how to cut your large piece of beef....but how to do it without touching it!
